Arrrrgh, that godawful moment when they attack your face without mercy… I'm talking about the pimples, the spots, and all their family members. Every girl's nightmare! Lucky for you, here are general face care tips to be applied at little or no costs; all that is needed is consistency.
Please and please, remove your makeup before going to bed. Your face needs to breathe. It can be so easy to go off into snooze-land, but resist. Makeup clogs the pores of your skin resulting in blackheads and spots. If you do not have a makeup remover, use oils like olive or coconut oil with a cotton pad and gently massage to get rid of the dust.
Eat healthily! You are what you eat. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables, sufficient proteins, and vitamins can go a long way to help your skin. Diets can go a long way to help promote radiant skin.
Having bags under your eyes? Despite efforts and money spent on drugs and creams? Well, what your body needs could just be beauty sleep. If you do not get enough sleep and rest, your skin starts to sag and gets tired like you.
Hydrate yourself. Drink lots of water as well as fruits high in water content. My favorite go-to is cucumber.
For Pete's sake, ladies, stop popping pimples. It causes more harm than good. You can place a chilled green tea bag on the affected area for some minutes and continuously practice good beauty skin care habits and it will disappear in time.
At the end of the day, a smile crowns it all. When you smile, it helps maintain the tone of your facial muscles and skin; making you look younger than you really are.
