Okocha has been tipped to be the world's best player ever by the British high commissioner to Nigeria, Paul Arkwright.
The UK diplomat made the revelation during an interview with BBC Africa which was shared on their official twitter page.
When he was asked his best footballer in the world, Paul has this to say:
"For me, Jay Jay Okocha remains the world's best player ever."
Okocha, the former professional footballer was regarded as the best Nigerian player of his generation and one of the greatest African players of all time. A man so skillful that he was described as being 'so good that they named him twice'
